Do not send out fliers before you schedule an appointment with us !

It’s so easy!
To participate in the program you need:

1. Fax or email your organization’s Info Sheet

Go to the upper Image Menu Bar
Click on Support Your School picture
Click on Info Sheet

Save it on your computer and email it to us as an attachment

2. Schedule the appointment

When we receive your Info Sheet we’ll call you back.
